Choice Exteriors has been serving Oklahoma since 1987.  Our business is family owned and operated in the Oklahoma City area. BEFORE WE ARRIVE

• Some insurance checks include the mortgage company. If this is the case, please contact your mortgage company for their procedures of endorsement in advance of completion of your job.

• Please do not park in the driveway.  Falling debris may damage your vehicle and we will need to place a trailer in the driveway.

• You, the homeowner, will be responsible for the driveway at the job address.  Please be sure we are able to drive across your driveway to unload material, load trash, or any other driving needs.

• We will need access tot he backyard so please unlock any gates and expect them to be open while we are working. Please secure pets!

• Please make sure we have access to a live electrical outlet.  We may need to use a saw to cut decking.  The workers may need to use your outside water to clean up.

• Please provide a daytime phone number where we can reach you should any questions arise.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN EXP ... WAIT, NO. 

WHAT TO EXPECT WHILE WE'RE WORKING

• Noise - Removal of the existing roof and installing the new roof create a lot of noise! Please consider that young children might not be able to nap.  You, as well as your pets, become stressed with the noise and unfamiliar workers around. You might consider a day or two away from the house while we are working.

• Vibrations - Roof work creates many vibrations that can knock pictures, paintings, collectibles, ect. off walls and shelves.  Please remove all valuable or sentimental itemes that might be damaged.  Some ceiling, especially cathedral ceilings, may have some texture pop off of the nail heads from the vibrations.

• Falling debris - Please move any furniture, grills,flower pots, statues, toys, ect. a safe distance away from the house.

• Limited access - We will need your entire driveway during the day.  There will be times when we are working above your front, rear, and/or garage door entrances, creating hazards for people walking below.  Please be aware ahead of time that there may be inconveniences to entering, exiting, and parking.

DURING/AFTER OUR WORK IS DONE

• Choice Exteriors LLC will have the right to supplement the insurance company in the event material and labor increase over 5% from the date of the damage or if labor and materials exceed the original scope of loss.

• Please make sure you use the appropriate entry/exit to help prevent accidents.

• Please keep children and pets away from the work area.

• We will remount your roof mounted satellite dish, but the alignment may be off, requiring satellite company technician to re-calibrate the signal.

• We will protect your guttering, but some damage may occur especially on steep roofs.

• We will protect your plants and shrubs, but some branches may break and some leaves may be knocked off.
